Salm Partners was founded in 2004 by four brothers who knew that a better product at a competitive cost would change the sausage and hot dog market. We have grown to operate five co-extrusion, cook-in-package production systems, and we produce 15% of the fully-cooked sausage in the United States. We serve brands and retailers that are looking for a market advantage in sausage and hot dogs.
